Do NFC business cards work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Every iPhone from the XS onward reads NFC tags automatically with the screen on, as does essentially every modern Android phone. Anything older can scan the QR code printed on the card instead, which opens exactly the same page.
Does the other person need an app?

Can I change my details after the card is printed?
